What is self-care?

A good self-care routine helps you take better care of your overall health and well-being—It improves concentration, energy levels, and overall happiness. Practicing daily self-care helps you cope with daily stressors and build resilience so you can live a healthy life regardless of the circumstances you find yourself in.

In today’s chaotic world, I don’t know anyone who couldn’t use some more self-care!

Tending to our well-being might sound simple and make a lot of sense; however, for many, it’s an area that is often overlooked until it’s too late. When we tune into our needs and establish healthier habits, we’re nourishing not only our bodies but our souls, which strengthens our overall health and well-being.

Time: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (maybe longer if you still need time to complete your board)

What’s included: A potluck lunch, community, friendship, laughter, coaching through the process, and vision board supplies.

What to bring: You, a friend (must register), a potluck item, magazines, and a favorite beverage (I will provide coffee, tea, and water).
